Redirection and link measurement

kloudm.com hosts no website. This domain routes the links contained in emails sent by customers of the Mailpro platform, and measures how they are opened.

Arrived here from an email?

This domain was only a stop on the way to the page you wanted. Seeing this page means the journey was interrupted — the link is no longer valid, the campaign has ended, or your mail client cut the address short. Return to the email and click the complete address.

Data recorded

When a link routed through this domain is opened, four items are recorded on behalf of the sender of the email:

the message and recipient identifiers encoded in the address
the timestamp of the request
the browser and operating system type
the IP address, used for coarse geolocation and then truncated

The data controller is the sender of the email; Maxony Suisse SA acts on their documented instructions alone, as processor. No resale, no advertising use, no cross-customer correlation.

Data protection

The legal basis is the sender's legitimate interest in measuring the reach of their mailings (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or performance of the contract between you and them (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). In Switzerland, Art. 31 revFADP applies.

Click records are kept for as long as the sender keeps the corresponding campaign in their account, and are deleted with it. Raw technical logs are purged after thirty days.

Storage takes place in Switzerland, in our Geneva data centre. Redirection data is transferred nowhere else.

No cookies, no third-party scripts, no pixels executed on this domain: everything measured comes from the identifiers already written into the URL.

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability: address the sender, who alone holds the link between you and their lists. If they do not respond, the contact above takes over and carries out the deletion.

The full detail of the processing is set out in the Mailpro privacy policy, which governs the platform as a whole.

Unsubscribe

This domain manages no mailing list. To stop receiving messages, use the link at the bottom of the email, or the unsubscribe button your mail client offers via the List-Unsubscribe header. It takes effect at once and for good.

Report fraudulent content

Did a link on kloudm.com take you to a fraudulent page? Report it to moc.mduolk@esuba. Include the whole URL and, ideally, the message exported as .eml.

Reports are handled by a person, seven days a week, with a first response within 24 hours. An address confirmed as fraudulent is disabled and the sending account is suspended.

For filter and blocklist operators

Single purpose: link redirection and open counting for solicited mail. No public content hosted, no mail sent from this domain. Reputation and delisting: moc.mduolk@esuba or /.well-known/security.txt.
